Good Love by Mr. Johnnie Taylor. "I re-uploaded the video with some better audio" The club portions of this video was taped at club 1001 in Jackson, Mississippi. It seems that Malaco came out of the dark ages when they released this song. Allegedly, Johnnie did not like this song at all when it was first presented to him at first by Rich Cason, writer and composer of the song. It turned out to be Johnnies biggest hit in 20 years. I first saw this video on BETs Midnight Love back in 1996, and it was being played on prime radio stations in Houston Texas where I resided at the time. Gone but not forgotten, a man that was truly under-rated in the R& B (not blues) main stream. For all the Johnnie Taylor fans out there representing the south, please leave a comment
